This Privacy Policy explains how Netronsoft ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit netronsoft.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. Netronsoft is a software development company based in Amman, Jordan.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data needed to run the Site.
Information you provide through our forms. When you use our contact form, request a quote, book a meeting, subscribe to updates, or apply for a job, we collect the details you enter — which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, the message or project details you write, and, for job applications, your CV/résumé and any information it contains.
Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. If you accept analytics cookies, we may also collect anonymised usage statistics (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your enquiries, quotes, and booking requests;
- review and process job applications;
- send you the updates or information you asked for;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- understand how the Site is used (only if you accept analytics cookies); and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in our own content management system (CMS), and access is limited to authorised Netronsoft staff. To run the Site we rely on a small number of trusted service providers — for example, our hosting and file-storage infrastructure and the services that deliver internal notifications (such as email and messaging) when a form is submitted. These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.
Netronsoft is based in Jordan and serves clients in Jordan, the region, and beyond; your information may be processed on infrastructure located in different countries.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and enquiry records for as long as they remain useful for the purpose they were collected for, and for our legitimate business and legal needs. We do not run automatic deletion; records are reviewed and removed manually by authorised staff. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by changing your cookie choice; and
- unsubscribe from any updates you signed up for.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.

The Site may link to external websites (for example, our social-media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and any significant changes will be made clear on this page.
